Good news! Following on from Anxiety Care's great work, Anxiety Care UK is now offering the following services:

• Online Chatroom, Monday 8 - 10pm, except Bank Holidays
• Mutual Support Group, Monday 7 - 8:30pm at Redbridge Resource Centre (£3 donation)
• Structured Recovery Group, Tuesday 6:15 - 8:45pm at Redbridge Resource Centre (£4 donation)
• New, commencing 12th January 2012 - Support & Recovery Group, Thursday 7:00 - 8:30pm at Redbridge Resource Centre (£3 donation)
• Recovery information; Queries answered and advice provided, by trained recovery support workers at recoveryinfo@anxietycare.org.uk
