Both CDs are available from Anxiety Care,
Cardinal Heenan Centre, 326 High Road, Ilford, Essex. IG1 1QP.
CDs are priced at £6.50 each, including £1.50 postage and packing.
Cheques or postal-orders should be made payable to Anxiety Care.

CDs are also available directly from Anxiety Care Groups at £5.00 each.
