A Mutual Support Group for general anxiety, phobias and OCD is held 7:00-8:30pm on Mondays (excluding Bank Holidays) at the Redbridge Resource Centre, 497-499 Ley Street, corner of Perth Road, Ilford IG2 7QX. Attendees are asked to make a contribution of £3.
A Structured Recovery Group is held on Tuesdays, 6.15-8.30pm at the Ley Street, Ilford venue. Attendees are asked to contribute £4.
We are running a weekly Support and Recovery Group for people dealing with OCD, phobias and general anxiety. It takes place 7.00-8.30pm each Thursday at the Redbridge Resource Centre. Attendees are asked to contribute £3.

No appointment needed and no referral necessary for the above services - just come along!

New Service - Structured Recovery Outreach Service. A local service where, if you are unable to come to us, we will come to you. Negotiable rates, based on the ability to pay. This service is subject to availability, as there may be a waiting list. Contact recoveryinfo@anxietycare.org.uk for further information.

Referrals are taken from the statutory services free of charge,
although a donation to the charity funds is always appreciated.

Group users are welcome to bring a family member or friend with them.

At present there are no Anxiety Care UK groups outside the region.
