Working with you towards recovery

- Mutual Support Group, Monday - excluding Bank holidays. Doors Open 6.45pm. Facilitated Session starts at 7pm until 8.30pm. Living Well Resource Centre, Chadwell Heath. (Attendees are asked to make a £3 donation)
- Face to Face Counselling (via Monday Group).
This service is designed to complement the work done within the groups.
We acknowledge that some issues may not be appropriate for group work
and we have designed this service to help with this. It is hoped that by
raising self-awareness in the group, it will help clients make better
use of the counselling sessions allowing them to be more focused about
their needs and goals (if any). This also helps provide support before
and after the counselling sessions as well as if there is a break in
counselling for any reason, such as illness or holidays.
Structured Recovery Evening
, held on Tuesdays, is taking bookings for 30-minute 1-1 structured recovery sessions.
Within these sessions, you will work with a Recovery Support Worker who will assist you to identify steps, strategies and techniques that work for you on your road to recovery from anxiety. You will have space to reflect on what works, adapt what does not suit you and refine your skills for coping with and minimising the effects of anxiety in your life.
Over 18s only. No referral necessary.

Group users are welcome to bring a family member or friend with them.
At present there are no Anxiety Care UK groups outside the region.
